How is my MiniMe made?

You upload a photo, our artists sculpt it into a 3D figurine, and we hand-finish the colors and details in our USA studio.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo where faces are visible and not covered by sunglasses or hats. Phone photos work great. If your photo won't give a good result, we'll contact you before we start.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We engrave and ship within 48 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location, and we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Will it really look like me?

That's the whole point. Our artists focus on the details that make you, you - your hairstyle, outfit and expression.

Can I include more than one person?

Yes. Choose a 1-person or 2-person option. For 3 or more people, contact us at info@monume.com for a custom quote.

How long until I receive it?

Production takes 5 business days, and shipping in the US takes 1 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date before checkout.

What size should I choose?

2.5" is a sweet desk-size gift, 3" is our most popular, and 4" shows the most detail. Check the size guide for side-by-side photos.

What if I'm not happy with it?

If it doesn't look right, we'll fix or remake it for free within 30 days

Is it fragile?

Your MiniMe is made to last as a display piece. Keep it out of direct sunlight and dust it with a soft, dry cloth.
