Can I Return My Monume Product?
Mini-Me Figurines – Final Sale
Since Mini-Me Figurines are custom-made and crafted specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on figurines.
Exception: If your figurine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
To request a replacement:

3D Crystals & PhotoPop Frames – Eligible for Returns Within 30 Days
Returns are accepted on 3D Crystals and PhotoPop Frames within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A 20% customization fee will be applied
- A note explaining the reason for return must be included
Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
